Sales & Leads Support Executive (Hybrid) Company: Juvante Group Industry: Bespoke Furniture Design & Manufacturing Juvante Group is a fast-growing bespoke furniture company specializing in the design, production, and installation of premium custom furniture for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a proactive, result-driven, and creative Sales & Leads Support Executive to join our team. Location: Hybrid (3 Days On-site & 3 Days Work From Home) Gender: Female *Renumeration:* Fixed Salary: ₦150,000 per month. *Commission* Based on target *Key Responsibilities:* - Generate and convert sales leads through digital marketing campaigns. - Follow up on enquiries from social media platforms, website, WhatsApp, and paid advertisements. - Carry out physical marketing and client visits using the company vehicle. - Meet monthly sales target, minimum of 5 million. - Contribute to business growth. - Earn additional commission based on sales performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Prepare quotations with accountant and follow up until deals are closed. - Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions. - Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure excellent customer experience. - Research new business opportunities and partnerships. - Represent the company professionally during marketing events and client meetings. - Provide weekly reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and sales performance. *Requirements:* - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. - Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or lead generation is an added advantage. *How to Apply* Interested candidates should send their CV to: kejike@juvantegroup.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
