Customer Service Representative & Online Marketer Location: Sagamu, Ogun State Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Restaurant We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Representative & Online Marketing Officer to manage customer interactions across our online platforms and support the Company's digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities •Respond promptly to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms. •Provide accurate information about our products and services. •Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales. •Create and publish engaging content to promote the company's products and services. •Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence. •Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure prompt processing, timely fulfillment, and complete customer satisfaction.
