🎯 HIRING: Senior Recruiter / Headhunter Want to find the people everyone else misses? We're hiring a Senior Recruiter for a fast-growing ecommerce company building world-class brands. The best candidates aren't applying to job posts — they're busy succeeding somewhere else. Your job is finding them. This is proactive, outbound talent acquisition, not application management. You'll own sourcing strategy, headhunt passive candidates, write outreach that actually earns replies, run first-round screening, and deliver interview-ready shortlists that save hiring managers time. Over time you'll build the playbooks and systems that turn recruiting from a reactive scramble into a predictable engine. What we're looking for: ✅ 4+ years in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition ✅ Proven success headhunting passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms ✅ Strong Boolean search and sourcing technique ✅ Experience filling senior, technical, or hard-to-fill roles ✅ Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills ✅ Outstanding written communication for personalized outreach ✅ Ability to run multiple hiring pipelines at once Highly preferred: ecommerce, digital marketing, operations, or startup recruiting.
