Product Manager (REMOTE) Overview: As a product manager in a nimble startup, you'll steer the client's application from vision to launch, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals in a resource constrained, high speed setting. Job Responsibilities: • Lead planning meetings to outline project goals, prioritize features, and collaborate on architecture design. • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, clients, and team members to refine product roadmaps. • Oversee cross functional communication, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to keep everyone aligned. • Monitor post deployment performance, identify opportunities for iteration, and ensure ongoing support aligns with startup growth. • Work closely with developers and designers to test functionalities and validate against user requirements. Requirements: • 5+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping apps in startup environments using tools like Jira, Trello, or Figma. • Strong understanding of AWS ecosystems for scalable product decisions and basic Linux CLI for oversight. • Expertise in agile methodologies, user research, and stakeholder management. • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and drive decisions with limited resources. • Must have a laptop and good internet connection.
