🇳🇬 HIRING: DIGITAL MARKETER 🏢 Company: Éclat Human Resource Consulting 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: ₦250,000 per month Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Manage the company’s social media platforms and create engaging content. • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. • Monitor website performance and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility. • Create and manage email marketing campaigns. • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights. • Develop content calendars and coordinate digital campaigns across multiple channels. • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing. • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems. • Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. • Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills. • A proven track record of delivering outstanding digital marketing results. • Verifiable evidence of past successful campaigns and measurable performance. • Ability to execute with speed while maintaining a high standard of quality.
