Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Manage the company’s social media platforms and create engaging content. * Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). * Monitor website performance and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility. * Create and manage email marketing campaigns. * Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights. * Develop content calendars and coordinate digital campaigns across multiple channels. * Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports. * Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2 – 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing. * Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems. * Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. * Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills. * A proven track record of delivering outstanding digital marketing results. * Verifiable evidence of past successful campaigns and measurable performance. * Ability to execute with speed while maintaining a high standard of quality.
