🚀 We’re #Hiring: Forward Deployed Marketing Data Scientist Full-time | Remote (US or Canada) | EST preferred 💰 $140,000 – $220,000 + competitive equity We’re looking for the first Forward Deployed Marketing Data Scientist to join our AI Decisioning team. You’ll own the end-to-end performance of AI-driven marketing campaigns for enterprise customers. This is a high-autonomy role at the intersection of applied ML, customer strategy, and data engineering. You’ll diagnose campaign performance, tune ML levers (reward functions, feature matrices, training windows), run deep analyses in Python & SQL against customer warehouses, design experiments, and turn complex findings into clear stories for marketers and executives. ✅ Core Must-Haves • 5+ years in a customer-facing role within data analytics, machine learning, or data science • Experience in high-autonomy, low-red-tape environments (growth-stage startups preferred) • Strong hands-on Python (pandas, Jupyter) + solid SQL (write & interpret against real warehouses) • Experience with marketing A/B tests, attribution, or growth experimentation • Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree or higher 🛠️ What You’ll Do Day-to-Day • Own diagnostics & performance tuning for AI marketing campaigns • Analyze lift with counterfactuals, incrementality, and cohort analysis • Tune reward functions, feature matrices & training windows • Build reusable notebooks & analysis tooling • Partner closely with MLEs, SWEs, and Solutions teams 🚫 What We’re Not Looking For Weak communication • Pure BigCo / heavy-process backgrounds • Traditional waterfall environments • No real applied ML/DS experience If you thrive on high ownership, customer impact, and making complex systems simple — let’s talk. #ForwardDeployed #DataScientist #MarketingAnalytics #AppliedML #GrowthDataScience #Python #SQL #ABtesting #RemoteJobs #AIJobs Apply: 🔴 https://t.co/9sMRc9rtb3
